We will go over, together, the service and the timing of the event.


We should receive confirmation of the reservation no later than 15 days before the event, which should be accompanied by a down payment representing around 30% of the total estimated bill.


The number of persons should be given within 15 days, and this should be confirmed 5 days before the receptions so we have the final figure (give or take 2%), it being understood that, according to our general conditions, this figure will be used as the minimum basis for our billing
